The Visa Bulletin allows the potential migrant to know the date when they may obtain their Migrant Visa.

Just as we explained on our article published last Monday, this bulletin refers to Job and Family Sponsorships. Given their importance, we will address both cases. However, because of the length of the subject, we shall cover it in two days. Thus, today we will speak about job sponsored visas and, on a later issue, we will address family sponsored visas.

However, before beginning our description of this bulletin, we will recall the categories of said Visa.

Categories of Job-based Visas from the Visa Bulletin:

This refers to people with extraordinary abilities. It also regards as such renowned professors or researchers and executives and managers for multinational companies.

EB2 (Professionals with advanced degrees):

This corresponds to people with an exceptional ability, whose work requires holding a university degree or higher. These petitions require that the employer obtains the approval of the Department of State. application-1915348_960_720
