Florida seems to be the favourite destination for the Hispanics in the US, or so suggests the Census Bureau.

Between July 2013 and July 2014, of the 290 thousand people who moved to Florida, 141 thousands were Hispanic. For statistics like this one, Stefan Rayer, Director of the Population Program of the Office of Business and Economic Research at the University of Florida, says that the Hispanic population is growing faster than any other ethnic or racial group.

It is considered as “a historical average” the way in which the number of residents in Florida increased 1.5% in a year.

In 2014, the number of non-Hispanic whites in Florida decreased to 55% compared to the 56% in 2013.

Another fact is the age average:

– Non-Hispanic Whites: 44 years

– Hispanic Whites 35 years

– African Americans 32 years

In 2014, Hispanics where 24% of Florida residents, while the African American residents reached about 16.8% of the population inFlorida, and the Asian reach 2.8% of residents.

The largest growth in numbers of Hispanics was witnessed in the following counties: Miami-Dade, Broward and Miami-Dade Orange.

Investors

One of the most active  Hispanics with the issue of investment  are Peruvians, especially in the United States. Right at this moment hundreds of Peruvians are seizing the opportunity of the low prices offered in Florida, specifically in the area of Ocala.

According to the president of the firm American Prime, Margarita Galiana, the project offered is composed of residential lots between 1,000 and 4,000 square meters to US $ 14.995 and US $ 24.995, all this because even though the United States has recovered of the last crisis faced, they need to improve.
The firm said that Peruvians segments A and B are acquiring these properties in Florida to build a house, either for their own family or for rent.

And just like them, many more hispanics can achieve an investment in the United States with an E2 visa.
